This gluten-free crust recipe is ready for your favorite sweet filling – from fruit to cream pies.
2 cups Maskal Teff™ flour
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup unrefined corn oil or canola oil
½ tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Without rolling or refrigerating, press dough with your fingers into a pie plate.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Add filling and bake per pie recipe's instructions.
