Teff Dessert Pie Crust
This gluten-free crust recipe is ready for your favorite sweet filling – from fruit to cream pies.
  • 2 cups Maskal Teff™ flour
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup of your favorite light oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Without rolling or refrigerating, press dough with your fingers into a pie plate.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Add filling and bake per pie recipe's instructions.
