Ingredients
- 2 cups Maskal Teff flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice
- 2 T. butter, melted
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine lightly beaten eggs, milk, and melted butter.
Whisk the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
Ladle batter onto a griddle or pan, flipping when bubbles begin to form. Cook until golden on both sides.
Garnish with fresh berries and maple syrup.
