Refund policy
We are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. While we do not accept product returns, we offer refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis when issues are reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
COMMON ISSUES & RESOLUTIONS
MISSING ITEMS
If part of your order is missing, we will issue a partial refund for the items not received.
WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED
If you receive incorrect items, contact Customer Relations with your order number and details of the items received. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:
• Do not discard the item or packaging.
• Send photos of both the shipping carton and the damaged product.
• Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or an appropriate refund/credit.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information. Orders flagged with the following delivery issues are not eligible for full refunds:
• Return to Sender
• Moved – Unable to Forward
• Insufficient Address
• No Such Number
• Unknown Recipient

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES
Please return the item directly to the retailer where it was purchased, along with your receipt. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the retailer’s individual return policy.
AMAZON PURCHASES
Refunds for products purchased through Amazon must be processed through Amazon’s return system. Please follow the instructions provided in your Amazon account under “Your Orders.”
