Shipping policy

We offer two distinct shipping pathways depending on the size and nature of your order:

SMALL PACK ORDERS

This applies to standard consumer orders placed through our website and wholesale orders of less than 250lbs.

ORDER PROCESSING
•    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
•    Orders placed after 5:00 PM Mountain Time will be processed the next business day.
•    We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS
•    UPS: Used for most residential and commercial deliveries across the U.S.

SHIPPING COSTS
•    Calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you believe your package is lost or delayed, contact us at orders@teffco.com.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
•    Orders may be canceled prior to shipping.
•    Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

BULK ORDERS

This applies to wholesale, distributor, group, and other large-volume orders.

ORDER PROCESSING
•    Bulk orders typically require 5–7 business days for processing.
•    Additional lead time may apply depending on product availability, freight scheduling, and customer location.

SHIPPING METHODS
•    Shipped via regional freight carriers based on destination and load size.
•    Liftgate service, delivery appointments, and inside delivery available upon request.
•    Customers must ensure delivery locations are accessible for freight trucks.

SHIPPING COSTS
•    Freight charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and service level.
•    Quotes are provided during order confirmation.
•    Customers are responsible for any accessorial fees (e.g., liftgate service, appointments, inside delivery, residential surcharge).

DELIVERY COORDINATION
Our team will contact you to confirm delivery details and provide carrier-specific instructions. If you have special delivery requirements, please notify us when placing your order.

RETURNS & CLAIMS
Bulk orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
•    Damaged freight must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
•    Please retain all packaging and submit photos for claim evaluation.

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We’ll communicate any known delays and work to resolve issues promptly.
