Directions

1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, combine lightly beaten eggs, milk, and melted butter.

3. Whisk the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.

4. Ladle batter onto a griddle or pan, flipping when bubbles begin to form. Cook until golden on both sides.

5. Garnish with fresh berries and maple syrup.
