Gluten-Free Teff Banana Bread

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas then stir in melted butter. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla and mix until well combined.

2. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, teff flour, and milk of choice. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

3. Cover bowl and let sit for 35 minutes. While it sits, preheat oven to 325°F.

4. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

5. Top with a dollop of fresh made whipped cream and walnuts if you’d like – enjoy!
