Meskel Teff had been a great product with consistency to make injera very successful results in the past 7 years. But recently nearly for about 6 months I don’t know how to make of the product Im receiving. It doesn’t smell like teff, it doesn’t have any thing like it used to be. I started to feel I am playing with my money and time.

The teff flour is showing a change that, no softness and very tiny eye (pores) on top. Using the same recipe we use before, it is notabsorbing water as before. That means, few flour could make more injera in the past. Injera Eyes always is the attraction that it is clean and deep. Thank you
