I don't know if it is because it is Organic, but my Ersho/starter and Injera batters made with the Organic version are notably more active/robust than the standard Ivory Teff I bought last time, which still works great also.
Easy-to-use , have no bad smell and anyone who knows how to make Enjera can use it. like anyother Teff products which are available in the market it doesn't need lots of requirements to process it, moreover it does accepts lots of water, and its very clear to differentiate from none-organic Teff products while we started to making a dough.
As always, the Ivory Teff flour is great. I make delicious Injera with it. Thank you for the on time delivery.
