We work with growers across the Western United States to sustainably grow teff. It is then harvested and transported to our facility in Boise, Idaho where we mill it into 100% whole grain teff flour. Our teff flour is available in two varieties, click on the items below to learn more:
Teff flour is naturally gluten-free and is best known for its use in Injera – a fermented flatbread enjoyed in Ethiopian traditions. Ivory Teff Flour works well in waffles, cookies, tortillas, and more! Ivory teff has a subtle, slightly-sweet flavor and is finely milled for versatile baking capabilities.
