Ingredients
- 2 cups Maskal Teff flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 2 T. butter, melted
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine lightly beaten eggs, milk, and melted butter.
- Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
- Ladle into hot waffle iron and cook until edges are crisp.
- Garnish with fresh berries and maple syrup.
