Adding teff to rice is a great way to increase flavor and nutrients to your favorite rice dishes. Teff’s sweet and nutty flavor will enhance the rice’s flavor while adding fiber, iron, calcium, and other nutrients. We’ve experimented with several different ratios of rice, teff and water – and we’ve decided that we like the ratio listed here, but don’t let our suggestion limit your own ideas. One of our Korean customers recommends adding some sesame oil and sesame seeds (to taste) and top with your favorite kimchi.    

Cook Teff with Other Grains
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups rice
  • ¼ cup Maskal Teff™
  • 3-3/4 cups water
Instructions
  1. Simply add teff to your rice and prepare as usual.
