Teff Dessert Pie Crust

This gluten-free crust recipe is ready for your favorite sweet filling – from fruit to cream pies.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Maskal Teff™ flour
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup of your favorite light oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Without rolling or refrigerating, press dough with your fingers into a pie plate.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Add filling and bake per pie recipe's instructions.
