1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Gather or roll into a ball.
3. Without using a rolling pin or refrigerating, use your fingers to evenly press the dough into a pie pan then prick a few times with a fork. Trim the edges or leave the excess to crimp, decorate with the tines of a fork, or decorate in any number of ways.
4. Bake for around 20 minutes until firm and no longer moist.
5. Add the filling and finish per pie recipe’s instructions.
